Join our wonderful team of volunteers who we cannot do this event without
Some of our volunteers include:

- Hillsboro PD Cadets
- Glenco and Century H.S. Key Club
- and some truly wonderful community people.
We have plenty of areas that need help on Tuesdays starting from 3:00 pm. if you have friends and family who would also like to help please forward this information to them. Volunteers can register below.
We have ongoing Special Events if you like to be creative and come up with fun ideas.
Areas we need help, for one evening or several or just to relieve someone else so they can shop and eat!
All training is included, you will not be alone, and dinner is on us!
- Set up and decorating – tables, chairs, booths, balloons, signs. We have a great crew already but just need a few more hands to make the job go quicker.
- Vendor assistance – helping them find their space, help with unloading and minding their booth while they park, keeping the traffic flowing
- Information booth
- ‘Cruisin Tuesdays’ help our classic car crew with the fancy cars, get them in and out and parking safely.
- Special events – Family Fun Night, Beach Party, Dogs on Parade, Side Walk Chalk Art Contest, and more
- Volunteer coordinator – are you good at organizing people and scheduling teams to work where we need them etc?
- Office assistance – great if you cannot make Tuesday evenings but still want to be involved, answering phones and questions, errands, etc.
- Tear down and clean up
