The Marketplace fills three city blocks in Historic Downtown Hillsboro that are closed to auto traffic (Main Street from First to Third Avenues, and Second Avenue between Main and Lincoln Streets). Click here for map and directions.


What Will You Find and Experience?

Live Music: Popular Northwest musicians perform rock, jazz, blues and other musical genres at the Main Stage on the lawn of the historic Washington County Courthouse. event quick guide

farmerstand Fresh Farm Produce: Local farmers carry fresh locally-grown produce, flowers and nursery plants. All produce and plant products are 100% grown by the farm vendor.

Arts and Crafts: The Tuesday Marketplace features quality arts and crafts designed and produced by regional artisans.

This year, we are opening up an ‘Artist Row’ and partnering with the Hillsboro First Tuesday Artwalk. Stay tuned for more information.

food2 Foods: Local restaurateurs offer a wide selection of ethnic foods, ice cream, desserts and drinks including local wine and microbrews. Salmon and fresh seafood are also available seasonally.

Family Entertainment:There are several areas throughout the market place where children of all ages can be creative and the Plaza is always alive with family activities and entertainment. kids2

community Community Organizations: Local non-profit and community groups are present to share information on their organizations and programs.

Classic Cars: At each week’s Classic Car Showcase, we invite car or motorcycle clubs to display their classic vehicles. Visitors love to stroll down rows of lovingly restored classics. cars

tuality Community Health Corner: This program is presented by Tuality Community Hospital and features weekly exhibits to help raise awareness of various health-related issues.

Dog and Pet Manners: Hillsboro Tuesday Marketplace will remain pet friendly as long as the pets and their owners remain friendly to others! In the interests of health and safety, a farmers market is not the best place to bring a pet.If customers do choose to bring a pet, we ask them to abide by these six rules to make a pet’s visit to the market a good experience for everyone: dog2a

1. Dogs must be kept on a short leash.
2. Dogs must be under control and by the owner’s side at all times.
3. Keep dogs away from produce, plants, and other food products.
4. Dogs must be friendly with other dogs and children to earn the right to be at the market.
5. Be considerate—not everyone loves dogs and some customers are allergic to animals.
6. Don’t forget to clean up after your dog!

TMP management reserves the right to request that owners remove pets from the market.
